Sleepy Time

When it comes to sleeping the girls couldn't be any more different. When Lydia was Addison's age bedtime was a chore. There was a list of things she liked to have done every night and it would take at least 20 minutes. If you forgot to do anything a tantrum would ensue. Addison on the other hand is much more laid back about naps and bedtime (knock on wood). Whenever and where ever she gets tired she'll plop down and go to sleep.

John's New Toy

Anyone who knows John knows that he loves to do anything that keeps him active. The man wakes up every morning @ 4:30 to go work out with he's unit for a few hours then he'll go play basketball @ 9pm the same day. He's insane! Though I am incrediebly jealous of he's willpower and determination to stay healthy (actually it's quite annoying sometimes) I am very excited for him to of found a new hobby that he enjoys- biking.

Calling all Stephenie Meyer Fans!!

Stephenie Meyer's new book The Host is being released in 27 days. If it's anything like her last series I'm sure it will be worth the read.

Only four more months until Breaking Dawn the fourth book in the Twilight series is released!
Then in December the Twilight movie.

I know there is a few ladies out there who will be right along with me fighting all the teenage girls for a good seat in the theater!!

When did my parents get so smart?

I would be knee deep in diapers with spit up all over me looking down at a screaming baby and what would my mother say, "Enjoy it. Before you know it they'll be all grown up." Well if it was so special why didn't she come deal with the mess!!

When did my parents get so smart?

I've had one of those depressing "what happened to my baby" days. Addison has made the transition from baby to full fledge toddler. When I dropped her off at the YMCA she not only didn't cry she gave me a kiss, said "bye-bye mommy" and ran off. I couldn't believe it.

Even more depressing (yes I know this is pathetic) Addi has gone pee-pee on the potty 4 times today. She's not even two! Though the thought of a diaper free house is thrilling,
who gave her permission to be such a big girl.

Then theres Lydia who got a 18" big girl bike this week, complete with pink tassels, a pink horn and a princess helmet with matching knee pads.

What happened to my babies?

Maybe it's time to have another one?!!
