Missed a day already..oops. I have a good excuse, I'm sick. I love the mild weather here but dang my allergies are going crazy.

I called and broke our lease today. They were really nice about it. One of the pluses about being around a base again. No need to explain why, they just understand. So now John and I have to make some appointments to go look at house in Virginia Beach. We're going to make a trip out there during Christmas break. I think it will be good for Lydia to be part of the process of picking out a place. It will be an adventure that's for sure.



Treston cracks me up. He will always take the most rugged route. Always over and through, never around!! Boys are crazy. :)

Day 7

I didn't take any pictures today so I decided to find some from last year. It's amazing what a difference a year can make.

Duty Station

John got his orders BUT we still don't know where we'll be stationed. We are moving to Virgina Beach at the end of January and will be there until June. By the latest, we should know where we're going in May. I'm happy that we get to stay together but not looking forward to moving again...then again. Sigh. To make matter worse Lydia is really upset. She loves her teacher and wants to stay. Whenever she talks about it, John and I just want to cry. I hate seeing her sad. I thought being a Marine wife was hard, being a mom to a military brat is heartbreaking. Not looking forward to his next deployment.

So it's no secret that I'm a wee bit obsessed with photography right now. I have been working so hard to get the technical side of it down that I haven't spend much time just taking snapshots of my life. So this is my 365. One photo every day for a year. I know, my life isn't that interesting but I'm doing it anyways. LOL!

Wow! Day one of 365 sounds really scary but here I go.

Day 1
Do not adjust your screens! This is truly a huge pile of laundry (clean people, I'm not a dirty person :). John being the helpful husband he is decided to help me out this weekend and washed about 5 loads. He then left it in our room while he went to the field for a week. SO what did I do for two hours last night...folded laundry....sigh.
