Day at the Park

It was a beautiful weekend so we took the kids to Mount Trashmore. It has a huge hill that you can fly kites on and a cool wooden castle play ground. The kids thought it was pretty neat that I used to go to the same park when I was little. I have a feeling we'll be spending a lot of time there the next few months.

Treston first time on a swing! He loved it (of course) and didn't want to get out. After a few minutes though it put him to sleep so I thought someone else should have a turn. :)

Splish Splash

These two are serious water babies. They would stay in there all day if I let them.

Could he be any cuter?!!

Addison once again has a mullet. I have been meaning to take her to get it cut for about a month now. When I finally took her to do it this weekend it was an hour wait everywhere so she's still kickin' the do. Maybe tomorrow.....

Poor Treston

My poor little guy has pneumonia. He's getting better, but as you can see he's not in the best of moods.

The Kids- January

Hungry Hippo (10 months)

Treston has been eating like a piglet lately. He went from having NO appetite to eating everything. No baby food for this little guy. We had to actually order him his own kids meal the last time we went out. A grilled cheese sandwich...and he ate the entire thing, plus applesauce. The other day for lunch he had 3 chicken nuggets, a banana then an entire 8 oz bottle! He is going to put us in the poor house. The upside to all this eating- he takes 2-3 long naps a day!! Love it!

Sassy but Sweet

As usual Addison is...well...Addison. Everything is a struggle. She has moments were she can be the sweetest girl in the world then other times I can't believe she came out of my body! We wouldn't trade her for the world though. She is getting excited to go look for seashells and has been playing hard at the YMCA. We try to do "homework" daily, and everyday I am a little more thankful for all the teachers in the world. I couldn't do it. :)

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

Lydia has been a trooper about switching schools and has adjusted really well. She has been going to full day Kindergarten all year but in Virginia Beach school starts much earlier. Her bus picks her up every morning at 7:20! So she has been a bit of a train wreck lately. By the time she gets home she is exhausted. One minute she is happy and giggling and the next she is having a complete melt down. She seems to really enjoy her new class though and hasn't complained too much about the 15 minutes of homework she gets sent home with everyday.

This is why you never see pictures of the three of them together. I have NO clue how professional photographers do it!
